Dr. Musrrat Parveen joined the Faculty of Economics and Administration at King Abdulaziz University in 2012. Her research focuses on areas such as human resource management, organizational behavior and compensation and benefits. Dr. Parveen is currently researching “Team effectiveness in Primary Health Care Settings” and “Total Quality of work life among Primary Health Care nurses in Jeddah Region”.
Her research has appeared in journal such as ISMA TIMES, New Delhi, India.
