Dr. Abdullah Z. Sheikh joined the Faculty of Economics and Administration at King Abdulaziz University in 2014 as an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management. His research focus is on human resource management, international HRM, Employment relations and organizational behavior. Dr. Sheikh is an active researcher and is well published and cited
He has a rich global experience spanning across several continents and has held full time academic positions, over the years, with some of the prestigious business schools around the world, such as the Nottingham University Business School. He has been an active Phd supervisor while he held a tenured position with the University of East London, UK. He has also acted as a Rapporteur for the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC) UK in assessing the quality of research and its societal impact on a publicly funded project
His research appeared in journals such as the International Journal of Human Resource Management, Journal of Managerial Psychology, the Journal of Social Policy and Employee Relations
