Dr. Sami A. Khan joined the Faculty of Economics and Administration at King Abdulaziz University in 2011. His research focus is on human resource strategy and HR interventions, performance management systems, organizational development, management of change, HRM in small business enterprises, business ethics and corporate social responsibility. Dr. Khan has conducted many Management Development Programs, Workshops and In-Company Training Programs on topics like Dynamics of HRM, Leadership Styles and Managerial Effectiveness, Team-Building, Constructive Discipline, Basic Managerial Skills, and Management of Change for middle and senior level managers of public and private sectors. Dr. Khan was the Associate Editor of the journal Management & Change for a period of four years.

His research has appeared in journals such as Journal of Management Policy and Practice, Vision: the Journal of Business Perspectives, and Indian Journal of Industrial Relations.
