Dr. Ali Al-Kahtani joined the Faculty of Economics and
Administration at King Abdulaziz University in 1981. His
research focus is in the areas of employee empowerment, job
satisfaction, organizational change and corporate
governance. Dr. Kahtani is an active member of the Arbitral
Tribunal and the Liberalization of the Journal of Human
Resources Management Global Research (UK).
His research has appeared in journals such as International
Journal of Public Administration, International Business
Review, International Journal of Business and Social
Science, World Applied Sciences Journal, Asian Journal of
Business and Management Sciences and Australian Journal of
Business and Management Research.
